Hi my friends! Can you believe it’s already summer! What a wonderful time of year to refresh a room on a weekend! We’ve been needing to update our daughter’s bathroom for quite some time…so last weekend we got busy!
I’m honored to be a part of the BHG Live Better Influencer Network! I love to represent a brand that has quality style at affordable prices. I’ll be compensated for my effort and time creating this blog post…however it’s no additional cost to you, if you choose to shop through the links provided (just click on each small photo). As always, my opinions are genuinely my own, and I hope you enjoy this post about refreshing the bathroom!
I’m not sure how long it’s been since we purchased new bath towels and washcloths…but it was long overdue! We found the fluffiest, softest Better Homes & Gardens Plush Textured Towels. We also got the Better Homes & Gardens Textured Wash Cloths to match! To make for easy access, we rolled the wash cloths to display in this Better Homes & Gardens Satin Wire Storage Basket.
The girls’ bathroom was already painted in this soft grey Silver Drop by BEHR and we just decided to stay with chrome, grey and white for the color palette. It’s amazing how adding simple, inexpensive changes can make the whole bathroom look new and fresh! Sometimes the budget doesn’t allow for a full renovation, am I right? Simply replacing all accessories makes for a beautiful refresh!
We found the Better Homes & Gardens Marble Toothbrush Holder, the Marble Vanity Tray, and the Marble Soap Dispenser and they accent the colors so nicely! The marble goes nicely with the mirrors and the faucets.
The towels and marble pieces are so affordable…we also had room in the budget to replace the pendants and drawer pulls.
The girls wanted to store their new fluffy towels within easy reach of the shower and bathtub…so they found these Better Homes & Gardens Fabric Storage Bins and rolled up the towels for functional storage.
They have the sliding doors type of shower…which is not very pretty. So, we have always covered the doors with a pretty shower curtain. We found matching Better Homes & Garden Shower Curtain Rod and Shower Curtain Rings! And the soft Better Homes & Gardens Cotton Ruffle Bath Rug Set is a perfect grey to accent the shower curtain.
Well, I hope you enjoyed seeing the details of our latest project…it was a fun one! The girls said it feels like a spa! And that makes me happy! Especially when we don’t have to spend a lot of money to refresh a space!
Please take a minute to let me know what you love about the bathroom refresh! And….what room needs a refresh in your home?
Thanks so much for visiting my blog today! Have a wonderful summer!

I love the look of the marble pieces and the basket of washcloths! I need to do that in my bathroom! And i know some people that new towels would make good gifts for 👍🏻
You’ve got me relooking at WalMart for home goods. Sometimes I dismiss them, but seeing you style things helps me!
It really does look like a spa retreat. I’d love to go there after a long day and soak in the tub.
I love the wire basket With wash cloths rolled up in them! Would rugs in front of the two sinks be too much?
❤️❤️❤️ This colors are just perfect for any bathroom.
Thank you 😊
Love it!!
This refresh looks absolutely wonderful. Love it 💕!
Absolutely love all the subtle colors and textures you brought together! I need new towels and I am loving the ones featured here so much! Clean, soft and delicate color palette for sure. The marble accessories are perfect with the color scheme, the vanity tray is a great touch!

Such a lovely refresh! Thanks so much for sharing these affordable ideas! Can’t wait to use some of this for inspiration!
Lovely update to your girls bathroom. My daughters would have that looking like a makeup and hair supply mess in minutes. Inspiring nonetheless.
Beautiful space loving all the better homes and gardens towels and accesories and your flower accents are perfect!!!
I love how you’ve decorated your bathroom!! The counters are so empty that it’s making me rethink what I need to get rid of and store to make it look like this 🤣 Great job!
Beautiful bathroom and affordable ideas! I’ve been buying more things from Walmart because of you!
This beautiful bathroom refresh proves that you don’t need a lot of money to make a big difference in a room. Walmart’s line of bath accessories has tons of appeal and style and you’ve put them all to good use. Wonderful Becky!!
Ive been pleasantly surprised by their (bh) curtain quality, now those textured towels are looking lux!!
Wow! This is the prettiest make over and I love the inexpensive details from Better Homes and Garden. We need a bathroom makeover really bad and just replacing things in the bathroom can make such a difference. I loved all of it but I have never put a shower curtain in front of a glass door for the shower. I am now thinking about doing that because it would add so much and at these affordable prices how can you go wrong! This bathroom does look like a spa!! I love it and I am positive your girls will enjoy it! Thanks Becky for always making things affordable! I just love that you do that!
Becky this is just beautiful!!!

Lovely work here! I really love your simple farmhouse style.
Beautiful! Love how you styled the bathroom!
I tried best water soluble cbd as a service to the beginning time pattern week, and I’m genuinely surprised by means of the results. I’ve struggled with hunger and incidental sleeplessness, and CBD seemed to offering a nice, still effectual, have of stillness and relaxation. There was no ‘far up,’ impartial a undisturbed easing of my disquiet symptoms and a more sedative unceasingly’s sleep. It tasted a bit crude, but that’s a small trade-off as a replacement for belief more at peace. I’m looking advance to seeing how it helps in the long run.
