Hey sweet friends! How was your Thanksgiving? Relaxing, I hope 🙂 We enjoyed a day with family eating a delicious Thanksgiving dinner! And we got into the Christmas spirit early this year… adding fresh greenery and making some homemade decorations during our Thanksgiving break together. I’ve always wanted to try drying orange slices. So I followed a recipe found HERE. It’s very simple, and makes your home smell so good! I made a dried-orange garland to hang, and saved a few to embellish wrapped gifts. I think the garland looks pretty with the sun shining through in front of a window. Thin slices of oranges sprinkled with a bit of sugar… Bake in the oven & attach each to a long string of twine… And you have a sweet garland for the Holidays. Our family just adores this time of year… we have had such fun decorating and doing homemade crafts together. I’ll be back soon to show you what else we’ve created… Thanks so much for stopping by! Blessings
Love your garland ..!…so Nice done !,,….happy weekend …love Ria…xxx

Everything looks so beautiful! I love both garlands! One year I made dried apple and orange slices for a mini tree and I loved the homespun feel to it.
