Barn Door Coffee Table
Hey my friends! It’s Friday! How was your week? We have been so busy around here trying to get our front flower beds done…yay! I will be sharing the flower beds with you soon, I hope. But for today…I wanted to share our new coffee table creation. We used a vintage barn door on top of our existing coffee table. 
See the barn door leaning against the wall in this kitchen photo: 
We screwed it to the top of the small coffee table below: (taken last Christmas) 
Then we gave it a coat of white paint for easy clean-up. 
And here it is all finished: 
This area in the center of our three sofas needed a larger table. This is our family room, where we eat snacks, play games, and kick up our feet to watch TV. It makes the perfect coffee table.

The whole room is awesome! It's been a while since I've visited and I just love the door with the mirror hanging above the sofa. Oh,my goodness I could feel instant peace and calm in this room. Just perfect for a good book and a cup of coffee. What great ideas you have.
